The Stock & Grain Food Hall at the High Point Rocker's Stadium on Elm Street in High Point, NC was having signage done for their different businesses located on site. The painter was working at 45 feet in the air when a strong wind came and knocked over his paint can, spraying the eating area and concrete below.
